This Pure Pot Still is distilled by Micil in Ireland.
Tasting notes:
Pears, honey, floral, hint of peat on the nose. Light mouthfeel. Soft dry sensation with flowers and spices and peat slowly emerging on the palate. Sweet fruity peat followed by flowers on a medium finish. Very pleasant.
