This Pure Pot Still is distilled by Balley Keefe in Ireland.
Tasting notes:
Vanilla, spices floral aromas, creamy, lemons and then honey on the nose. Creamy mouthfeel. Lemon citrus notes, citric mouse, vanilla then soft dry sensation on the palate. Citrus and floral notes on a medium finish. Pleasant, straightforward and light.
