This Single Malt is distilled by Kilchoman in Islay.
Tasting notes:
Dry ashes, citrus aromas, softly charred oak, cocoa and pineapple on the nose. Rich fruity mouthfeel. Dusty raisins, musty cheese, sweet oily ashes and barley notes on the palate. Sweet ashy peat on a medium long finish.
Kilchoman Feis Ile 2021, 56.3% abv
Rich cedar peat, caramel smoke, red fruit, sherry lemons, dry raisins and citrus on the nose. Sweet intense peaty mouthfeel. Luscious citrusy peat, ashes, raisins, gentle spices, ginger and pepper on the palate. Silky peat with tang on a medium long finish.
