This Single Malt is distilled by Bunnahabhain in Islay.
Tasting notes:
Sherry, hay, caramel, butterscotch custard, crème brûlée and brown sugar on the nose. Intense smooth mouthfeel. Caramel coated mixed nuts, mild smoke, spicy molasses, light salt on the palate. Dried fruit and salt on a medium finish. Straightforward.
Bunnahabhain Aonadh 2011 10 Years Old, 56.2% abv
Sweet BBQ smoke, salty, dry and malty aromas on the nose. Gentle ginger and dark fruit mouthfeel. Smoky vanilla, dry, dark fruit, spices, caramel, tannins, brandy wine and nuttiness on the palate. Salty malty notes on a medium finish.
