Tasting notes:
Spicy apple compote, candied cinnamon, wild flowers and mild banana on the nose. Soft spicy apple mouthfeel. Apple and pear custard with muesli topping, spices, sweet sage and herbs on the palate. Dry rich apple notes on a medium long finish.
