This Single Malt is distilled by Edradour in Highlands.
Tasting notes:
Sweet spices, sherry incense, cedar and dry raisins on the nose. Tangy sherry mouthfeel. Lovely sherry notes, a bit thin yet minor zestyness and oaky on the palate.
Edradour 10 Years Old Un-Chillfiltered Cask 184, 46% abv
Warm fruit compote, sweet smoke, apples and sherry aromas on the nose. Tangy dry fruit mouthfeel. Dry zesty spices, hint of tropical fruit, leather and sherry notes on the palate. Dry tangy sherry dominates a medium finish.
