This Single Malt is distilled by Tomatin in Highlands.
Tasting notes:
Fulsome white fruit, glazed pears and honey on the nose. Delicate yet rich mouthfeel. Soft then zesty vanilla, tangy honey, dark fruit and Sultana raisins emerge on the palate. Fruit laden medium finish.
Tomatin Contrast Bourbon Matured 1973-1977-1988-1991-2006, 46% abv
Honey, dry citrus, lemon marmalade, malty spices, oaky vanilla on the nose. Peppery honey mouthfeel. Smooth, rich lemon notes, crisp and white pepper on the palate. Tangy grapefruit on a medium finish.
