Grasses, honey, dry vanilla and light caramel on the nose. Soft smooth spicy mouthfeel. Lovely rich spices, caramel and dry fruit on the palate. Dry fruit on a medium finish.

Cocoa, sherry, gentle spices, lovely oakiness, honey and leather aromas on the nose. Fulsome dry sherry mouthfeel. Red fruit, cocoa, sherry, old library and dry cellar notes with lovely spice undertones on the palate. Sherry anf fruit on a medium finish.

Light citrus aromas, dry honey, vanilla, orange zest and a hint of smoke on the nose. Sweet tangy citrus mouthfeel. Soft zesty vanilla custard, dry fruit, sweet with very light peat notes on the palate. Fruit, tart honey and light peat on a medium finish.
