Apples, fresh fruit, caramel, stewed sweet citrus peels on the nose. Tangy tarty mouthfeel. minor sweet ruit, spices with a rough note on the palate. Hint of spices on a medium finish.

Honey, oak, vanilla, light apples, dry spices and cherries on the nose. Dry fruity mouthfeel. Tart citrus peels, dry honey and vanilla on the palate. Zesty sweet short finish.

Apples, honey, vanilla and sweet cinnamon aromas on the nose. Tangy fruit medley and citric honey notes on the palate. Pleasant fruit and honey on a medium finish.

Arran 11 Years Old Bourbon Single Cask 648, 46% abv

Lovely light sweet caramel and marzipan notes on the nose - great promise. Wee harshness at outset in mouthfeel. Moves to dry spicy grasses on palate - not what I expected.
