Corn aromas, caramel, soft sweet rye infused cherries and spices on the nose. Smooth sweet tangy mouthfeel .Fruity rye, smooth, fulsome cherries and red berries on the palate. Delicious tang, rye notes, sweet cornmeal on a medium finish.

White pepper to start then pine forest aromas on the nose. Lovely spices, sweet almonds and fruit on the palate. Touch of candy on the finish.

Lovely gentle absinthe aromas on the nose - an alpine meadow come to life. The ultimate in a savoury bourbon. Exceptionally well balanced, light with some fresh grass notes. Medium long finish. A real surprise and delight. True V4$ at $50 CDN
