This Blended Whisky is distilled by Pearse Lyons in Ireland.
Tasting notes:
Light oak, honey, apples, mild spices, hint of mint and wee smoke on the nose. Light dry mouthfeel. Spices, light rye notes, sweet oak and fruit on the palate. Mild light oak and spices on a medium finish.
