This Single Malt is distilled by Kilchoman in Islay.
Tasting notes:
Soft herbal and floral aromas then lovely sweet peat on the nose. Deliciously smooth, soft dry smoke, sweet almost fruity peat on the palate. Medium long sweet dry peat on the finish.

Kilchoman STR Cask Matured 2019, 50% abv
Apples, floral peat, smoky light caramel, cedar and rich citrus aromas on the nose. Smoky fruity peaty mouthfeel. Mild zestiness, fruit, ever-present peat, red berries, meaty notes, and dry red wine on the palate. Fruit and peat laden medium long finish.

88Kilchoman STR Cask Matured 2019, 50% abv
Soft floral peat, light honey, hint of lemon lime on the nose. Thick luscious mouthfeel. Sweet apples, rich tar, honey and lovely earthiness on the palate. Well balanced. Rich earthy peat and citrus notes on a long finish.
