Apples, fresh fruit, caramel, stewed sweet citrus peels on the nose. Tangy tarty mouthfeel. minor sweet ruit, spices with a rough note on the palate. Hint of spices on a medium finish.

Honey, oak, vanilla, light apples, dry spices and cherries on the nose. Dry fruity mouthfeel. Tart citrus peels, dry honey and vanilla on the palate. Zesty sweet short finish.

Lovely light sweet caramel and marzipan notes on the nose - great promise. Wee harshness at outset in mouthfeel. Moves to dry spicy grasses on palate - not what I expected.
