Tasting notes:

Cereal, dry wheat, mahogany, fruity and brown sugar on the nose. Spices, tangy cinnamon, oaky, sherry and licorice notes on the palate. Lovely sherry notes on the finish.

Sherry, burnt orange marmalade, white pepper, caramel apples on the nose. Silky intense sherry and fruit mouthfeel. Rich fruit covered with caramel sauce, zesty oranges, spices, sherry notes on the palate. Fulsome sherry and toffee on a medium long finish.

Cambus 25 Years Old Duncan Taylor, 55.1% abv

Floral, apples, toasted toffee and sherry marmalade on the nose. Lovely burnt butterscotch mouthfeel. Red fruit, rich caramel, mild sherry notes and hint of soft spices on the palate. Elegance personified. Mild sherry, toffee and corn on a medium finish.
