Brown sugar, rich sherry, warm fruit compote and ginger on the nose. Rich spicy sherry mouthfeel. rown sugar continues on the palate with sherry, Christmas cake, plums, figs and ginger. Lovely long finish rich with dark pudding and spicy notes.

Chocolate, cinnamon, rum, spicy Christmas pudding with sherry flambé on the nose. Rich coffee and caramel mouthfeel. Absolutely luscious dark fruit, sweet sherry, figs, plums, gentle ginger and cocoa on the palate. Rich round sherry on a medium long finish.
