This Single Malt is distilled by Aberlour in Speyside.
Tasting notes:
Raisins, cocoa and chocolate on the nose. Spicy vanilla incense then soft dark fruit on the palate. Long sumptuous finish with a hint of sherry.
Aberlour 1996 Cask 8092, 60% abv
Rich cinnamon, warm vanilla custard, dry toffee, lemon lime sauce, apples and intense floral honey on the nose. Round spicy fruity mouthfeel. Tangy citrus, soft spices, tart apples, pineapple, pears and caramel on the palate. Spicy tangy white fruit on a medium long finish.
