Tasting notes:
Stewed orange zest, fruit, almonds, bittersweet citrus, salty caramel with sweet peat on the nose. Soft intense fruit, gentle spices, soft floral peat on the palate. Simply amazing.
Bruichladdich Octomore Discovery 7 Years Old Feis Ile 2014, 69.5% abv
Intense orange, spicy vanilla sugars, white raisins on the nose. Lovely sweet vanilla smoke, floral peat, creamy mouthfeel. Finish: iron fist in velvet glove.
