Oily sweet peat, honey and sherry tar on the nose. Sweet tangy pork and mackerel on the palate.

Rich sherry, mahogany, raisins, cedar chest, spices, sweet smoked mackerel and smoked meat on the nose. Smoked deli meats, sherry, mild incense and maple bacon on the palate. Soft long finish.
