Dark fruit, oaky sherry, brown sugar and warm Christmas cake aromas on the nose. Luscious cocoa sherry mouthfeel. Sweet oak, rich sherry, Christmas cake, soft spices, ginger, lovely nuttiness on the palate. Sherry dark fruit on a medium finish.

Rich, raisins, rum aromas, Christmas pudding and spices on the nose. Warm, chewy dark fruit mouthfeel. Ginger, figs, plums, lovely sweetness and soft spices on the palate. Amazing ginger, cloves, caramel and red fruit on a long finish.

Rich, sweet sherry, raisins, cinnamon butter, nutmeg and dark fruit on the nose. Smooth, gently spiced caramel, light to medium fruity Christmas cake then marzipan on the palate. Soft tingling sherry finish.
