Light fruit, mild cherry, soft spices and pleasant oakiness on the nose. Round moving to tangy with fruit and a mild edge on the palate. Well balanced.

Rye, cloves and floral absinthe aromas on the nose. Light, soft spicy custard notes on the palate. Cherry floss finish.

Light sweet almond grass on the nose. Gentle, well balanced bourbon with a hint of pine on the palate. Absinthe on the finish.

Light vanilla, pine notes and sweet spice on the nose. Medium bodied, more savoury than sweet yet has a sweet grassy finish.

Basil Hayden's 8 Years Old, 40% abv

Light sweet wheat notes on the nose - very fresh. Hints of orange with light spices on the palate. Light spices on the finish. The lightness could be interpreted as being a bit thin by some, however I enjoyed its freshness. Very pleasant.
