What better way to celebrate Canada's fisrt medal of the Olympic Games (Bronze in women's synchro diving) than with a forty Creek confederation Oak. Rich, almonds and spices on the nose. The mouth is soft, gentle and spicy at the same time, like a Canadian style bourbon. A great balance between sweet and savoury. A truly lovely dram like our truly lovely Ms Heymans and Ms Abel.
