This Single Malt is distilled by Edradour in Highlands.
Tasting notes:
Honey, light hay moving to deep floral notes with soft apple varnish on the nose. Sugar coated almonds with chocolate on the palate. Great presence, complex - keeps giving - and well balanced. A WOW dram.
Edradour 2003 Gold Bourbon Cask, 57.4% abv
Sweet fresh vanilla pie on the nose. Well balanced peppery mouthfeel followed by light bourbon candies. Long finish.
