Rich orange and apple compote, soft sherry, mild smoke and fruit on the nose. Soft sweet mild peaty mouthfeel. Sweet dried fruit, very mild peat with a hint of sherry on the palate. Sweet rich peatiness and smoke on a medium finish.

Burnt teak wood, sweet salty seaside smoke and peat on the nose. Oily, gentle, sweet peat shortbreads with dark fruit jam on the palate.

Rich sweet hay fields with a touch of varnish on the nose. Dried flowers then round out into pleasant lightly spiced grasses.
