Sweet, herbal, almonds, mild ginger,, stewed fruit and light sherry aromas on the nose. Fulsome mild spicy mouthfeel. Dry fruit, touch of white pepper, acidic notes on the palate. Simple. Mild spices on a medium short finish.

Light fruit and honey, mild nuttiness and caramel on the nose. Gentle, sweet barley, rich ginger and mild sherry notes on the palate. Light fruit and spices on a medium short finish.

Sweet fresh fruit, red berries, touch of rhubarb then creamy butterscotch on the nose. Smooth mouthfeel, ginger notes and citrus on the palate. Medium short finish.

Cinnamon, apples fruit and vanilla followed by sweet grasses on the nose.. Dry, soft grassy caramel on the palate. Wee edgy medium finish.

Light sweet toasted almonds on the nose. Fresh with a wee tangy toffee notes then caramel coffee on the palate. Short finish.

Vanilla with a hint of ginger. Mild EtOH burn requires generous water addition. Somewhat disappointing.

Spicy at the outset followed by grassy notes and then vanilla on the nose. Soft start on the palate then a slight tang with ginger and orange zest. Medium finish.
