Tasting notes:

Fresh sherry notes with light breezes over a hayfield greet the nose. Beautiful floral notes grace the palate with a velvety softness while still exhibiting great presence. Fruits and candy co-mingle on a light, long and spicy finish.

Rich plum Xmas refined pudding notes - raisins and port - on the nose. Well balanced with almonds and fruit on the palate. Chocolate and coffee on the finish.

Christmas cake with rum sugars on the nose. rich thick fruit with light psices, ginger, chocolate and coffee on the palate. Simply amazing. superbly balanced. WOW!

Rich port and rum notes as well as Christmas pudding aromas on the nose. Tremendous balance, powerful and yet smooth mouthfeel. Absinthe with dry grasses lead to a long finish.
