Fresh, floral, dry spices and sweet vanilla aromas on the nose. Lemon honey cream cookies on the palate. Crisp fruit/floral finish.

Apple fruit and dry spices on the nose. Hay, dry grass, wee tang and pepper flowers on the palate.

Sherry and bourbon casks produces light,, spicy and sherry notes on the nose. There is a sensation of rich plum compote on the palate. The finish is dry and very pleasant.
