White fruit, pears, soft smoke, peat, sweet white sherry, vanilla, tar and sugar cookies on the nose. Gentle sweet peaty mouthfeel. Rich soft peat, red fruit, licorice, dry smoke, sweet spices on the palate. Lovely gentle peat on a medium long finish.

Burnt cedar, brine, warm seafood aromas and sweet vanilla on the nose. Soft spicy smoky mouthfeel. Sweet peat, honey, ginger, juicy limes and smoke on the palate. Seaside breeze, citrus notes and light peat on a medium finish. Well balanced.
