Wiser's 13 Years Old, Japanese Oak, 40% abv

Sweet cereal, caramel and lots of oak aromas on the nose. Sweet oaky mouthfeel. Abundance of honey, caramel and ever present oak notes on the palate. Medium Finish. Pleasant but very sweet.

Rich, dry sweet corn on the nose. Sweet rich smooth mouthfeel. Very smooth, sweet dry caramel, lovely nuttiness and very gentle spices on the palate. Easy drinking. Medium sweet finish.

Sweet cereal, grasses, mild raspberries and dry light rye aromas on the nose. Tangy sweet mouthfeel. Soft rich floral notes, cereal and gentle rye presence follow on the palate. Well balanced. Lovely soft floral vanilla rye on a medium finish.

Oranges, ginger, melons, spices, red wine and corn on the nose. Dry orange zesty corn mouthfeel. Rye emerges on the palate with corn, cherries and creamy notes. Medium finish with hint of rye and spices.

Sharp floral aromas, spices, biscuity, mild rye, malty, pickles and nuts on the nose. Smooth rich rye mouthfeel. Round, nutty, acorns, soft spices, dry, light zestiness, rye bread notes, honey, white pepper, red fruit then cocoa on the palate. Nutty rye spices on a medium finish.
