Aromas of old vegetables left in fridge on the nose. Dry with old barn floor notes on the palate. Simply not to my taste.

Oaky lemon tart with white pepper, some spicy grasses then pear notes on the nose. Sweet, tart, fruit and grasses on the palate. Mildly complex with a dry fruit and wee solvent finish.

Fresh citrus and solventy marmalade on the nose. Smooth well balanced with soft coffee notes on the palate. Light yet lingering citrus finish

Green apples à la tarte Tatin with butterscotch, caramel followed by dry spices and hay on the nose. Soft dry spices, white pepper, cardamom and hazelnuts on palate.
