Minty caramel, honeyed oak, floral aromas then smoke and citrus on the nose. Citrus and honey mouthfeel. Lovely lemons, tingling sweet oaky peat on the palate. Luscious creamy malty peat on a medium long finish.

Pine cones, juniper, floral aromas, minty vanilla, banana and anise on the nose. Smooth zesty lemon mouthfeel. Citrus, pink grapefruit, chewy sweet pine gummy bears on the palate. Medium citric finish.

Soft nuttiness, gentle tannins, lovely oak, mild toffee, almonds and spices on the nose. Rich sweet tobacco mouthfeel. Luscious fruit, oak, spices, dry Madeira, silky, nutty, dark cocoa and leather on the palate. Nutty, fruity on a medium finish.

Candied tar, iodine, brine, seafood, fresh peat and cedar on the nose. Round mellow tar mouthfeel. Sweet fruity tar, smoke, rich peat, BBQ'd melons on the palate. Soft fruit in a a peaty BBQ sauce on a medium long finish. (Easy drinking)
