Gentle floral peat, sweet oak, apples and toffee on the nose. Amazing sweet smoke mouthfeel. Rich, soft salty toffee, floral smoke, sweet peat and soft lemon notes on the palate. Rich luscious sweet citrusy peat on a gentle long finish.

Ardbeg Arrrrrrrbeg, 2020, Committee Release, Rye Cask, 51.8% abv

Dry peat, almonds, soft seaweed, gentle spices, menthol and barley on the nose. Floral peaty mouthfeel. Very light peat, soft spices, gentle smoke, salty toffee on the palate. Peat and spices on a medium finish. Lightweight.

Sweet buttery peat, candied tar perfume and pear aromas on the nose. Sweet dry mouthfeel. A softer sweeter Laphroaig, fruit smoke, dry citrus, oaky vanilla and gentle peat notes on the palate. Sweet smoke on a medium long finish.

Dry ashes, citrus aromas, softly charred oak, cocoa and pineapple on the nose. Rich fruity mouthfeel. Dusty raisins, musty cheese, sweet oily ashes and barley notes on the palate. Sweet ashy peat on a medium long finish.

Bowmore 20 Years Old David Simpson, 50.7% abv

Apples, cherries, cedar, sweet peat, tannins, cocoa and raspberries on the nose. Smooth fruity peaty mouthfeel. Luscious red fruit, sherry, silky. soft spice notes and anise on the palate. Soft rich peat and fruit on a medium finish. Delightful!

Robust fishy peat, oak and then raspberry aromas on the nose. Thick peaty mouthfeel. Red fruit, apples, rich peat, sweet vanilla, salty oak notes, chewy, gentle spices on the palate. Lingering smoke and sweet fruit on a medium finish.

Sherry, raisins, spices, caramel custard, cocoa, chocolate and honey on the nose. Creamy toasty mouthfeel. Xmas cake, sherry, spices, plums, figs, dates, salty raisins, leather and coffee on the palate. Rich sherry and fruit on a long finish.

Port, sweet dates, plums, creamy raspberries, fruit medley and honey on the nose. Gentle fruity spicy mouthfeel. Sweet oak notes, red fruit, rich spices, cocoa, dark chocolate, oranges and almonds on the palate. Raisins, cocoa dark fruit on a medium long finish.
