Rich red fruit, olives, hay, hint of bacon and tropical fruit on the nose. Sweet rich red fruit mouthfeel. Luscious raspberries, plums, hint of toffee, dark chocolate covered cherries on the palate. Sweet dark fruit on a medium long finish. Complex.

Teeling Single Grain, 60.3% abv

Warm, dry, nutty, almonds, wine aromas then cereal with strawberries on the nose. Gentle tingling mouthfeel. Lovely tannins, red wine, raspberries, thick corn syrup, spices and peppery notes on the palate. Spices and red fruit on a medium finish.

Rich, honey, vanilla, light spices, lovely flowers and licorice on the nose. Crisp honeyed mouthfeel. Tangy tropical fruit, sweet peppery notes and anise on the palate. Zesty mangoes on a medium long finish.

Soft dry flowers, vanilla,, oak, straw and caramel on the nose. Sweet edgy mouthfeel. Spoonful of honey in a warehouse, spices, floral notes, cereal and caramel on the palate. Dry floral medium finish.

Dry, sweet fruit, honey, vanilla then tropical fruit notes emerge on the nose. Thick oily mouthfeel. Creamy pear and apple compote, spices and dry rum notes on the palate. Heavy, spices, lemons and fruit on a medium finish.
