Warm rich red fruit and vanilla on the nose. Gentle light almond spice with a touch of vegetal notes on the palate. Dry grass and spices on the finish.

Cereal sweetness with lovely nuttiness on the nose. Soft barley notes with dry honey on the palate. Amazingly complex.

Sweet smooth fruit and pine forest aromas on the nose. Soft savoury sage on the palate. Dry finish.

Writers Tears Pot Still Irish Whiskey, 40% abv

Light fresh apple varnish and honey on the nose. Sweet buckwheat honey with an edge on the palate. Smooth firm finish.

Greenore 8 Years Old Single Grain, 40% abv

Flora, sweet with light hay aromas on the nose. Soft gentle vanilla and dry flowers on the palate. Wee tang on the finish. Impression of standing in a farmer's field.
