Honey almonds and caramel on the nose. Smooth, sweet then floral endives on the palate. Dry mild spicy finish.

SMWS 117.3 Hubba-bubba mango Monsterra, 58.5% abv

Pine needles and mangoes in an oak sauce on the nose. Dry, soft tropical fruit, brown sugar on the palate. Lovely long finish.

Sweet grasses, vanilla, honey and almonds on the nose. Malty, honey, cardamom, cloves, soft spices on the palate. Dry almond finish.

Jameson 18 Years Old Gold Reserve, 40% abv

Honey, vanilla custard with slight peppery notes and a delightful bitter finish reminiscent of candied orange peel. So far, the best Irish that I have tasted.

SMWS 117.5 Smouldering, brooding & alluring, 55.5% abv

Citrus, sherry, fruit and cedar bread on the nose. Chewy sherry, soft fruity dry metallic tingle on the palate. Clean warm finish.
