Pleasant soft fruit, mild spice, apple peels, varnish on the nose. Soft oak, dry fruit with edge on the palate.

Slow to open, gentle mild spices then light honey and mild smoke. Oranges and lemons emerge then gentle fruit and full round mouthfeel on the palate. Light yet complex.
