Oaky and resinous on the nose. Mildly sweet then flat fruity tang on the palate Oak stave in bottle is a bad idea - my view OK for cocktails

Rich, mildly sweet cherries on the nose. Soft smooth on the palate moving to a slight dry spicy edginess. Very pleasant dram. V4$ at $30

Forty Creek Copper Pot Reserve, 43% abv
Butterscotch dominates then menthol notes appear. Peppery bite with sweet spices on the palate. Complex rich syrup finish. Great V4$ at $29.
